Here is what you can do during the Wage Theft Weekend of Action
- Post via Facebook, Instagram or Tweet your support in English: #NoMoreWageTheft / #WageTheftDOA / #StopWageTheft
and in Spanish: #NO+WageTheft / #RobodeSalario - See if there’s a Wage Theft Day of Action event near you and participate!
- Contact your members of Congress and tell them to pass current Wage Theft legislation
- Work together with IWJ affiliates or other worker justice organizations to organize a community forum and/or
- Hold a march, rally, or press conference
- Find a faith-based organization in your community and hold an anti-wage theft vigil or text study
- Share a wage theft testimony in a faith service
- Write an editorial for your local newspaper
- Visit the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division
- Visit your Congressional representative
